QMS & SMS Officer
As a QMS & SMS Officer at Ethiopian Skylight Hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the hotel’s food services and related operations. The position demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can uphold and enhance compliance with established HACCP standards and other quality management protocols. You will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining effective safety and quality systems, contributing to the hotel’s continued success and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will hold a BSc degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in food services, quality assurance, or a cook capacity within HACCP standards. Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma or Level III Certificate in fields such as food preparation, hotel operations, or pastry making, combined with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, are also encouraged to apply.
