Maintenance Controller

East Africa Bottling Share Company is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Controller to join its team in Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have a First Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, along with a minimum of three years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment. Alternatively, candidates with a First Degree in the same fields and at least two years of experience as a Maintenance Planner or Machine Specialist within the company will also be considered.

As a Maintenance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the asset care plan for the packaging plant. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice, ensuring technical competencies across teams, and leading the Packaging Engineering team in delivering asset care and engineering support. You will also drive performance optimization initiatives, evaluate continuous improvement opportunities, and foster a culture of ownership and teamwork among the Maintenance and Support (MAS) teams. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining world-class manufacturing standards.


Manufacturing Team Leader

The Manufacturing Team Leader position at Coca-Cola’s East Africa Bottling Share Company is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a First Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is based in Addis Ababa and focuses on leading and coaching team members to achieve operational excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that team members adhere to operational, quality, and process standards. You will communicate work practice deployment plans, monitor autonomous maintenance tasks, and support the team in using problem-solving techniques to address situational challenges. Additionally, you will track and monitor waste through SIC mechanisms and ensure alignment with team goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for coaching, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.


Management Accountant

Coca-Cola’s East Africa Bottling Share Company is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team in Addis Ababa. Candidates should possess a First Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field, along with three years of experience in accounting systems and financial reporting. At least two years of this experience should be in Cost and Management Accounting.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for coordinating month-end close timelines, performing system verifications, and compiling financial reports for management and board packs. You will also provide financial commentary, analysis, and ad hoc reporting as required. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
