Sales Consultant Role

BlackFrog Trading is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Sales Consultants. This role is tailored for candidates who are eager to excel in the dynamic real estate sector while building a strong foundation in sales and marketing. The position is part-time, offering flexibility and significant opportunities for growth and earning potential.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, your primary objective will be to help clients find the perfect property while meeting the company’s sales targets. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, building relationships with potential buyers, and guiding them through the real estate process. The role also involves understanding and staying updated on market trends, laws, and regulations to provide the best advice to clients.
Sales Consultants will assist customers in understanding the value of real estate projects offered by Noah Real Estate, one of the company’s key partners. This includes explaining the financial and practical benefits of properties and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
To succeed, you will leverage both online and offline marketing tools creatively, attend events to enhance brand visibility, and actively participate in meetings and follow-up calls. Your ability to close deals, communicate effectively, and provide valuable market insights will be critical to your performance.
Qualifications
To qualify for the Sales Consultant role, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), Law, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant disciplines from a recognized institution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team, are essential.
Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and a solid grasp of the Ethiopian real estate industry. Previous experience in real estate sales is a requirement, and only applicants with a proven record of closed deals will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation model, including a 3% commission on successful deals and performance-based bonuses.
