Lead Business Applications Administrator
BGI Ethiopia is looking for a highly skilled Lead Business Applications Administrator to manage the technical and operational aspects of enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems. The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. With at least six years of relevant experience, the role requires proven expertise in vendor management, enterprise application support, and a solid business understanding.
This position involves overseeing supplier service management, customer service management, and independent delivery of projects. Strong technical communication skills are essential for bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical employees. The Lead Business Applications Administrator will be based in Addis Ababa, where they will play a pivotal role in optimizing BGI’s business operations.
Performance Head
BGI Ethiopia seeks a Performance Head with a robust academic background and substantial technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or another internationally recognized industrial science discipline. With 10 years of experience in FMCG environments, the Performance Head will be responsible for mastering the latest quality and process technologies while advancing leadership and managerial skills.

Plant Supply Chain Manager
BGI Ethiopia is also hiring a Plant Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes within the company’s FMCG factory setting. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of eight years of progressive professional experience in supply chain and logistics, including at least two years in supervisory roles, is required.
