Program Assistant – Integrated Digital Youth Activities (Vodafone) Project
Amref Health Africa is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Program Assistant to join its team in Addis Ababa. This position plays a vital role in implementing the Integrated Digital Youth Activities project, ensuring its success and alignment with Amref’s overall goals for youth empowerment and health system strengthening.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, ICT, Computer Science, Project Management, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field. Fresh graduates with internship experience in implementing development programs, particularly in areas such as youth development, health, education, and economic empowerment, are encouraged to apply. Experience with Integrated Youth Activities (IYA) is an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should also possess skills in project design, management, training, and capacity building. They must demonstrate sound judgment and diplomacy, particularly in negotiation and conflict resolution within multi-stakeholder environments. Additionally, the ability to travel outside Addis Ababa when required is essential.
