Customer Service Officer

The role of the Customer Service Officer is ideal for professionals looking to begin or advance their banking careers. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring a smooth banking experience, and maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields. At least one year of experience as a Graduate Trainee is required.

The position is based in Woldiya, where the selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the branch’s success.


Senior Customer Service Officer – I (Accounts/Cash)

This position is an opportunity for individuals with banking experience to oversee customer accounts, manage cash transactions, and provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs. The Senior Customer Service Officer will ensure compliance with banking regulations while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Administrative Assistant

Driver – I
