Customer Service Officer
The role of the Customer Service Officer is ideal for professionals looking to begin or advance their banking careers. This position is responsible for handling day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring a smooth banking experience, and maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements: Candidates must hold a First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields. At least one year of experience as a Graduate Trainee is required.
The position is based in Woldiya, where the selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the branch’s success.
Senior Customer Service Officer – I (Accounts/Cash)
This position is an opportunity for individuals with banking experience to oversee customer accounts, manage cash transactions, and provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs. The Senior Customer Service Officer will ensure compliance with banking regulations while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Requirements: Applicants must possess a First Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines. A minimum of two years of relevant banking experience is required for consideration.

Branch Manager I
The Branch Manager position offers an opportunity to lead and oversee the operations of AdIB branches in key locations. The role involves managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving branch performance while adhering to banking policies and regulations.
Requirements: Candidates must have a First Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, or Banking and Finance, with a minimum of seven years of banking experience, including two years in supervisory roles.
This position is available in multiple locations, including Axum, Dire Dawa, Halaba Kulito, and Woldiya, offering a unique opportunity to lead teams and shape the future of banking services in these regions.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to the bank’s operations, ensuring smooth office management and efficient handling of administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining organizational efficiency and assisting in the execution of key functions.
Requirements: Applicants must hold a College Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in secretarial roles is required.
The position is based at AdIB’s Head Office in Addis Ababa, providing the selected candidate with an opportunity to work closely with the bank’s leadership team.
Driver – I
AdIB is also seeking professional drivers to support its transportation needs. The Driver will ensure safe and reliable transportation of staff and goods while adhering to road safety and traffic regulations.
Requirements: Candidates must have completed Grade 10 and possess a 3rd Grade/Automobile Driving License. At least two years of driving experience is required.
This role is based at the Head Office in Addis Ababa, offering the chance to support the bank’s logistical operations.
