Customer Service Officer
The Customer Service Officer plays an integral role in delivering efficient and high-quality banking services. This position involves engaging with customers, addressing their banking needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Applicants for this role must hold a degree in fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, or related disciplines.
To be eligible, candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Graduate Trainee. The successful applicant will be stationed in Wukro, Mekelle, where they will serve customers and uphold AdIB’s standards of service excellence.
Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts/Cash
This position involves managing cash operations, account services, and customer relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of banking operations and an ability to oversee financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Applicants must have a degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Marketing Management, or a related field, coupled with two years of relevant banking experience. The selected candidate will work in Wukro, Mekelle, where they will support the branch’s daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Manager I
The Customer Service Manager I is a leadership role tasked with supervising and coordinating customer service teams to deliver seamless banking experiences. This role requires excellent managerial and problem-solving skills to meet the branch’s objectives.
Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant field and possess six years of banking experience, with two years served in a Senior Customer Service Officer I role. The position is based in Dessie, offering the chance to contribute to AdIB’s growth in a key location.
Branch Manager I
As a Branch Manager I, you will oversee the operations of one of AdIB’s branches, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering growth in customer engagement and service delivery. This position demands exceptional leadership and organizational skills to drive the branch’s success.
Applicants must have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline and at least seven years of banking experience, including two years in supervisory roles. The successful candidate will manage AdIB’s branch in Wukro, Mekelle, where they will lead the team toward achieving operational excellence.
Manager, SME and Cooperatives Relationship Division
This role involves managing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and cooperatives, fostering partnerships, and driving AdIB’s business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of financial solutions for SMEs and cooperatives.
To qualify, candidates must have a degree in a relevant field and 6–8 years of banking experience, with 2–3 years in a principal officer role or 3–4 years in senior officer positions. This position is based at AdIB’s Head Office, providing a strategic platform to contribute to the bank’s mission.
