The company is inviting applications for two key roles: Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer and Associate Communications Officer. Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
As the Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Hybrid Designs attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent. This position involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding them into the company culture. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, you will develop recruitment strategies that not only meet the organization’s staffing needs but also enhance the candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include designing innovative hiring processes, collaborating with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, and conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit. You will also manage job postings across various platforms and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, from orientation sessions to IT setup and resource allocation.
To excel in this role, candidates should have at least six years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and performance management, with a strong focus on senior-level recruitment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics, and employment laws is essential. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
- Experience in HRIS software and applicant tracking systems.
Associate Communications Officer
The Associate Communications Officer will take charge of crafting and delivering engaging content that aligns with the company’s branding and messaging strategies. This role is crucial for managing Hybrid Designs’ external and internal communications, building its digital presence, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Your tasks will include developing content for the company’s website, social media channels, newsletters, and press releases, as well as managing the company’s online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Additionally, you will plan promotional events, engage with followers, and utilize analytics tools to optimize content strategies.
This position also requires managing relationships with media outlets, preparing press kits, and occasionally serving as the company’s spokesperson during interviews or public engagements. As part of your role, you will also assist with internal communications, ensuring employees are informed about company updates and initiatives.
Ideal candidates should have at least two years of professional experience in communications or public relations, with proven expertise in managing social media platforms and creating digital content. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools like Hootsuite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management tools and content creation.
