Position 1: Security Supervisor
Responsibilities: Planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in police science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably working within an industry that monitors large volumes of people’s movements.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems.
- Computer proficiency is mandatory.

Position 2: Room and Public Area Care Technician
Responsibilities: Performing scheduled preventive maintenance in guestrooms, public areas, meeting rooms, etc.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, General Maintenance, or any other related fields.
- Two years hands-on experience.

Position 3: Duty Engineer
Responsibilities: Overseeing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks; testing and ensuring the correct operation of fire alarm panel, sprinkler system, emergency lights, diesel generator (CAT & Cummins), and fire pumps.
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years hands-on experience in a similar position.

Position 4: Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting Hilton Addis Ababa as the preferred venue for events, and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management or any other related fields.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of Customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
- Five years hands-on experience preferably in the hotel industry.

Position 5: Boiler Plant Room Operator
Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining the boiler plant room, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of boilers and related equipment.
Qualifications:
- TVET Level II or III Certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Systems, or Boiler Operation.
- 2 years hands-on experience in a similar position preferably in the Hotel Industry.

Position 6: Assistant HK and Laundry Manager
Responsibilities: Assisting in the management of the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and linens.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hotel Operation or related fields from a recognized institution.
- High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities.
- Proficiency, at a basic level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- 5 years Housekeeping/laundry experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Position 7: Assistant Finance Manager
Responsibilities: Assisting in the management of the hotel’s finances, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Finance & Accounting.
- Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
- 5 years hands on experience preferably in the Hotel industry.

Position 8: Assistant Chief Engineer
Responsibilities: Assisting the Chief Engineer in managing the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Must have worked for a minimum of four (4) years as Assistant Chief Engineer or even as Chief Engineer.
- Experience in the hotel industry is preferable.
