Senior District Officer
The Senior District Officer plays a vital role in managing and overseeing branch operations within the Central East District, based in Adama. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who can travel to various branches as needed. The officer is expected to ensure operational efficiency, provide support to branch staff, and implement best practices in line with industry standards.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields, along with at least four years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for this role, as is familiarity with Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles, which will be considered an advantage.

District Business Manager
The District Business Manager is a leadership position critical to driving the business development and strategic planning efforts of the Central East District, headquartered in Adama. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields and have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience. Strong skills in business process modeling, strategic planning, and team management are prerequisites for this role. Knowledge of IFB principles is advantageous, as is the ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
The District Business Manager will work collaboratively with branch managers to align business goals with the bank’s strategic vision. This role offers a platform to make a significant impact on the organization’s growth while adhering to the principles of ethical banking.
Location
Both positions are based in the Central East District, with Adama serving as the duty station.
