Position 1: GENERAL SERVICE COORDINATOR
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our support services, providing essential assistance to various departments within Hibret Insurance. As a GENERAL SERVICE COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for coordinating general services, managing office supplies, and overseeing logistical arrangements. Your duties also include managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Your duties would also include planning office events and overseeing the smooth running of daily office activities.
Required Qualification:
- Education: Diploma/BA in Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Experience : Six/four years proven and relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and Skill:
- Excellent communication skill and personality.
- Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.
- Excellent computer skill.
- Excellent coordinating skill.

Position 2: COMPANY SECRETARY
This critical leadership role demands a seasoned professional to provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. As a COMPANY SECRETARY, you will be responsible for advising the Board of Directors on legal and regulatory matters, managing corporate records, and ensuring compliance with corporate laws. Your duties also include preparing board minutes, managing shareholder communications, and overseeing corporate governance processes. A strong understanding of corporate law, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly ethical and detail-oriented individual who can provide sound legal advice and ensure the company operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your role is vital in making sure the company maintains its integrity.
Required Qualification:
- Education: LLB/LLM or related fields.
- Experience : Ten/Nine years proven and relevant post qualification experience out of which two years in a similar role or managerial position in the financial sector.
Knowledge and Skil:
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.
- Excellent computer skill.
