To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other business-related field. Only graduates of 2024/2025 who have successfully passed the national exit examination with a CGPA of 3.75 and above will be considered. The salary is competitive, in line with the bank’s compensation structure. This role is based in Jimma Branch.
Junior Brand and Promotion Officer (Head Office)
The Junior Brand and Promotion Officer will play a key role in enhancing the bank’s brand image and marketing strategies. This position involves developing creative marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, and supporting public relations initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing content, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring consistency in the bank’s branding.
Applicants must hold a BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required. Candidates with certifications in Digital Marketing and Creative Designing will be given preference. This position is based at the Head Office in Addis Ababa.
