Position 1: Graduate Trainee
This entry-level position offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of banking. Graduate Trainees will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop their skills and knowledge in various banking operations. Educational Level and Work Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related business field is required. Candidates must have zero years of experience and must be graduates of the 2024 or 2025 G.C. with a CGPA of 3.75 or above and have successfully passed the National Exit Exam.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
The Customer Service Officer III is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Position 3: International Banking Officer
The International Banking Officer is responsible for facilitating international trade and financial transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of international banking regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Educational Level and Work Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or any related business field is required, along with 3 years of experience in international banking.

Position 4: IFB Accounts and Operations Officer
The IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Accounts and Operations Officer is responsible for managing accounts and operations in accordance with Islamic banking principles. This role requires a strong understanding of IFB principles and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and accounting skills.
Educational Level and Work Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or any related business field is required, along with 3 years of experience in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB or IFB-related certification is advantageous.

Position 5: Senior International Banking Officer
The Senior International Banking Officer is responsible for overseeing international trade and financial transactions and providing guidance and support to other international banking staff. This role requires extensive knowledge of international banking regulations and procedures, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills.

Position 6: Senior IFB Business Officer
The Senior IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Business Officer is responsible for developing and promoting IFB products and services and managing relationships with IFB customers. This role requires a strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and practices, as well as excellent business development and customer relationship management skills.
Educational Level and Work Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance, or any related business field is required, along with 4 years of experience in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB or IFB-related certification is advantageous.

Position 7: Branch Manager
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, sales, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in banking operations.
Educational Level and Work Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related business field is required, along with 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, of which 2 years must be in a supervisory position.
