Job Description: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and successful experience of our clients. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. You will interact with students and their families through various channels, including phone, email, and potentially online platforms. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and supportive environment, fostering trust and confidence in GlobeDock Academy’s services.
Your daily responsibilities will include responding to inquiries regarding our services, application processes, and university requirements. You will guide students through the various stages of the international education journey, from initial consultation to visa application. This involves providing clear and concise information, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet individual needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating student profiles, and contributing to the overall improvement of our customer service processes. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic aspirations.
