Intern – Support to Land Governance Programme

The internship is part of GIZ’s Strengthening Advisory Capacities for Land Governance in Africa (SLGA) programme, a vital component of the African Union’s Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want. SLGA focuses on improving expertise in land governance across Africa, emphasizing sustainable policies that respect the rights of marginalized groups such as small-scale farmers, pastoralists, and women. The intern will contribute to this transformative agenda by supporting various operational and strategic activities within the programme.

The responsibilities of the intern include knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, communication, and administrative support. Tasks will involve organizing files, synthesizing information, analyzing data, and supporting the development of knowledge products. Additionally, the intern will play an active role in promoting SLGA’s initiatives through social media management, content creation, and event coordination.
