The Inventory Control Officer III position requires an MA or BA Degree in Law, Civics, Ethical Education, Sociology, Management, Public Relations, or related fields. Applicants must have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. This role involves managing inventory systems, ensuring proper storage and distribution of materials, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Construction Supervisor
ERC is hiring a Construction Supervisor with an MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering or related fields. Applicants should possess 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Construction Engineer, with at least 3 years focused on bridge construction projects. The Construction Supervisor will oversee project sites, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
Plant/Equipment Manager
The Plant/Equipment Manager position is open to candidates with a Diploma or higher qualification in Auto Mechanics or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in plant or equipment management is required. The role involves overseeing machinery and equipment maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing inventory for construction projects.
Pavement/Material Engineer
ERC seeks a Pavement/Material Engineer with a BSc or higher in Civil Engineering or related fields. Applicants should have 5 years of proven experience in road and bridge construction, including 3 years as a Pavement/Material Engineer. Responsibilities include material testing, quality assurance, and ensuring adherence to construction standards.
Structural Engineer
The Structural Engineer position requires a BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field. Applicants must have 8 years of proven experience in structural engineering, including 5 years in bridge construction projects. Project Engineer
ERC is hiring a Project Engineer with an MSc or BSc in Construction Management, Highway/Bridge/Civil Engineering, or related fields. Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of experience in road and bridge construction, with at least 3 years as a Project Engineer. The role includes managing project timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Project Manager
The Project Manager position requires an MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Highway/Bridge Engineering. Applicants must have 6 to 8 years of experience in road and bridge construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
