Manager, Property & Facility Management Division
Ethio-Life & General Insurance S.C. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager to lead our Property & Facility Management Division. The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BSC/LLB degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Law, or any other related field of study from a recognized university. A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is required, with at least two years in a senior or equivalent position. While insurance experience is preferred, candidates with strong managerial and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, standardizing, executing, and administering all activities related to property and facility management. This includes a thorough understanding of systematic maintenance and safe custody of title deeds, as well as comprehensive knowledge of record management for all company moveable and immovable property. The ability to effectively manage procurement processes and resource mobilization is essential. A strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and superior interpersonal and communication skills are also required. Proficiency in computer applications is expected, along with dedication and a strong work ethic. This position is located in Addis Ababa.
Claims Officer-II (Two Positions Available)
We are currently seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Officer-II professionals to join our claims handling team. Candidates should possess a BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or another related field of study from a recognized university. A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, specifically in claims handling, is required. Insurance experience is highly preferred, and candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance principles and claims procedures.
The Claims Officer-II will be responsible for thoroughly investigating and processing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
