1. Resident Engineer
The Resident Engineer role at ECO is a crucial position for overseeing and managing building works on the Masara Motumma project. Candidates applying for this role must possess a BSc or MSc degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in building projects, including at least 8 years in a leadership capacity as a Project Manager or Resident Engineer. This role requires in-depth expertise in medium to high-rise buildings and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
The Resident Engineer will oversee the execution of project activities, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure that the project’s objectives are met efficiently.

2. Office Engineer
ECO’s Office Engineer position focuses on handling building projects, especially on the Masara Motumma project. Applicants must hold a BSc or MSc degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of direct work experience on building projects, with at least 6 years in a supervisory role. Experience in FIDIC contract administration is essential for ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
The Office Engineer will play a vital role in managing and coordinating the technical aspects of the project while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors. Attention to detail and effective project oversight are critical for success in this role.

3. Environmental Engineer
For the Head Office project, ECO is seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer. Candidates must possess an MSc degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that environmental considerations are fully integrated into project planning and execution, promoting sustainability and regulatory compliance.

4. Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor role is integral to managing cost estimations, budgeting, and financial oversight of the Asgori Road project. Applicants must hold a BSc or MSc degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, including at least 10 years in similar roles.
The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and accurate financial reporting. This position plays a critical role in minimizing project costs while maintaining quality standards.

5. Junior Geologist
ECO is also seeking Junior Geologists for the Gelan-Gura CADS project. Candidates must have a BSc or MSc degree in Geology or Hydrogeology and a minimum of 4 years of work experience in drilling supervision.
The Junior Geologist will support geological assessments and supervise drilling operations, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation. This role contributes to the successful execution of hydrogeological projects.
