As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities include handling physical cash transactions, validating payment instruments, managing transfers, and assisting with day-to-day branch operations. You will be at the forefront of delivering seamless financial services to Enat Bank’s valued customers.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a BA in fields such as Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or related disciplines, with a minimum GPA of 3.00. The position is open to graduates from 2023 and 2024, and no prior experience is required. Applicants should be 25 years old or younger and must have completed the national exit exam.

Branch Manager – Grade C
The Branch Manager role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the branch’s overall performance. Duties include managing operational activities, preparing action plans, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing superior customer service. This role demands strategic oversight and hands-on management to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
Candidates must have an MBA/MA in relevant fields like Banking & Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with 6.5 years of experience, or a BA with 8.5 years of experience. At least two years should be in a managerial role at the grade B level or higher.

Senior Customer Service Specialist
In this position, you will assist in cash handling, manage bulk transactions, and provide support during high-demand periods. You’ll also oversee tasks such as validating cash transactions and assisting other service specialists to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a BA in fields such as Banking & Finance or Management with 2.5 years of experience, or a Diploma (Level IV) with 4 years of experience in banking operations. At least one year must be in a customer service specialist position.

Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
