Position 1: Sales and Key Account Representative

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Dugda Construction by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and generating new sales opportunities. As a Sales and Key Account Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, presenting our services and capabilities, and negotiating contracts. You will also be responsible for managing existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand our business within existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research, generating leads, meeting with potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Position 2: Sales & Operation Coordinator

This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of our sales team by providing administrative and logistical support. As a Sales & Operation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sales data, preparing reports, coordinating sales activities, and providing customer service. Your primary duties will involve collecting and analyzing sales data, preparing sales forecasts, coordinating sales meetings and events, and managing customer inquiries. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to supporting the sales team are essential for success in this role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing sales data in our CRM system, preparing sales reports, coordinating sales meetings and events, processing sales orders, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of our sales processes and procedures, as well as providing administrative support to the sales team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales team and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional support to the sales team.
