Available Positions and Requirements
Senior Credit Controller
The Senior Credit Controller plays a critical role in managing credit control, debt collection, and accounts receivable management. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields and possess at least 3 years of experience in credit management within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations, debt recovery processes, and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel are essential for this role. Additionally, excellent analytical and communication skills are required to excel in managing multiple priorities and ensuring organizational compliance.
Senior KYC Officer
The Senior KYC Officer will oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Law, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC/AML supervision within financial institutions. Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and proficiency in managing sensitive data are key components for success in this role. Knowledge of managing KYC/AML teams is highly desirable, along with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
Financial Reporting Manager
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation of accurate financial reports and ensuring regulatory compliance. Retail Manager
The Retail Manager will manage loan portfolios and customer service within a microfinance environment. Finance Operation Manager
A Finance Operation Manager at Digaf will lead operations in the financial sector, requiring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. Minimum 5 years of experience in microfinance operations, banking, or related industries are required. Deposit Manager
The Deposit Manager is responsible for mobilizing deposits, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Head of Green Financing
The Head of Green Financing will drive sustainable finance initiatives, focusing on environmental-related financial products. Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Officer
The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Officer will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights through data analysis. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with at least 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to present complex financial data are essential for success.
Senior Treasury Officer
The Senior Treasury Officer will manage corporate treasury and finance operations, requiring a BA/MA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. With at least 2-5 years of experience in corporate treasury or banking operations, candidates must have a strong command of financial systems and a keen eye for detail in managing finance processes effectively.
