Position: Telemarketer
This role is vital in connecting Craft Capital with talented individuals and supporting our recruitment efforts. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for managing candidate profiles, conducting outreach, and supporting telemarketing and communication initiatives. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential job seekers through various online platforms. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this role. Your duties also include contributing to the overall team goal of attracting high-caliber personnel.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing candidate profiles and applications across job portals (Dice, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), maintaining and updating professional accounts on LinkedIn, conducting follow-ups with candidates actively seeking job opportunities, assisting in outreach and engagement with potential job seekers, and supporting telemarketing and communication efforts as required. This position works on a Second Shift from 4PM-12AM to effectively reach candidates in various time zones. The ideal candidate is proficient in online communication tools and adept at navigating professional networking sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn profile management.
- Ability to multitask and handle candidate follow-ups efficiently.
- Previous telemarketing or recruitment experience is a plus.
