Fast Track Branch Leadership Development Program

The Fast Track Branch Leadership Development Program, also referred to as the Future Branch Leaders Program, is a tailored initiative designed to equip aspiring leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary for branch management roles. This structured training program combines on-the-job, off-the-job, and online learning methods to prepare participants for leadership responsibilities within the bank.

Candidates must hold a Master of Arts or Master of Science degree in any field of study, with graduation in 2020 or later. Additionally, applicants must have at least five years of work experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, hospitality (including airlines and hotels), fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications, or technology. Applicants must be 35 years old or younger, and submission of Grades 8, 10, and 12 academic records is mandatory.
