Branch Manager I (Dilla, Jijiga & Mettu Branches)

We are seeking three dynamic Branch Manager I professionals, one for each of our Dilla, Jijiga, and Mettu branches. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field. Furthermore, applicants should have at least four years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of two years in a managerial capacity. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of branch operations, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. The Branch Manager I will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving branch goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to advance their careers in branch management within a reputable organization. One position is available for each location mentioned.

Branch Manager II (Adama Branch)

An opening exists for a Branch Manager II to lead our Adama branch. Candidates should hold either a Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another relevant business field, or a Bachelor’s degree in one of these disciplines. In terms of experience, those with a Master’s are expected to have a minimum of seven years of work experience, while Bachelor’s degree holders should possess at least nine years. In both cases, at least two years of experience in a managerial role is essential. The Branch Manager II will have overall responsibility for the efficient and profitable operation of the Adama branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Manager, Real Estate Development (Head Office)

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager of Real Estate Development to join our team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Extensive experience is required, with a minimum of eight years for Master’s degree holders and ten years for Bachelor’s degree holders, including at least two years in a managerial position. The Manager of Real Estate Development will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate development projects, from initial planning and design to construction and completion. This role demands strong project management skills, a thorough understanding of construction principles, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams of professionals.

Manager, Event Coordination and City Tour Service (Head Office)

An opening for a Manager of Event Coordination and City Tour Service exists at our Head Office. Manager, Cleaning & Other Outsourced Service Operations (Head Office)

We seek a qualified Manager of Cleaning & Other Outsourced Service Operations for our Head Office. The qualification requirements include a Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields. Candidates with a Master’s degree should have eight years of experience, while those with a Bachelor’s degree should have ten years of experience. Two years of managerial experience is required. This manager will oversee cleaning and other outsourced services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to contracts.

Manager, Innovation and Product Development (Head Office)

Commercial Nominees seeks a dynamic Manager of Innovation and Product Development for our Head Office. We require a Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields. Candidates with a Master’s need eight years of experience, while those with a Bachelor’s need ten. Two years of managerial experience are a must. This manager will lead the company’s efforts in developing new products and services, fostering a culture of innovation.

Manager – Communication (Head Office)

We have an opening for a Manager of Communication at the Head Office. Applicants should possess a Master’s Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields. The experience requirements include eight years for those with a Master’s degree, and ten years for those with a Bachelor’s degree. Two years of managerial experience is required. This role is Grade 10. The Manager – Communication will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s communication strategy.

Executive Assistant (Head Office)

An Executive Assistant is needed at our Head Office. A Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields is required. Experience should be nine years for Master’s holders and eleven years for Bachelor’s holders. Four years of managerial experience is required. This role is Grade 10. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior management.

Director – Marketing & Sales (Head Office)

Commercial Nominees is seeking a Director of Marketing & Sales for the Head Office. We require a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Sales, Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Sales, Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field. Experience requirements are nine years for those with a Master’s and eleven years for those with a Bachelor’s, including four years of managerial experience. This is a Grade 11 position. The Director – Marketing & Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing and sales strategies.

Director – Emerging Business Operations (Head Office)

We seek a Director of Emerging Business Operations for the Head Office. We require a Master’s Degree in Economics, Project Management, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field. Experience requirements are nine years for those with a Master’s and eleven years for those with a Bachelor’s, including four years of managerial experience. This is a Grade 11 position. The Director – Emerging Business Operations will oversee the company’s new business ventures.

Chief Support Officer (Head Office)

Finally, we seek a Chief Support Officer for the Head Office. A Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields is required. Experience should be ten years for Master’s holders and twelve years for Bachelor’s holders, with two years of managerial experience. This role is Grade 12. The Chief Support Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company’s support functions.
