Office Attendant/Front Office Assistant
The Office Attendant/Front Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of CAWEE’s daily operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and partners, you will represent the organization’s professional image while providing essential administrative support to the team. This position involves managing front office tasks, maintaining organized office systems, and occasionally handling local errands. Your role will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of CAWEE’s programs and initiatives.
CAWEE is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Management, IT, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field. Additional training or certifications in office administration or similar areas will be considered advantageous. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, candidates with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment are also encouraged to apply. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
