Key Responsibilities
As the Receptionist at EthSwitch, your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing the front office and interacting with both visitors and callers. In addition to greeting clients and guests warmly, you will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls accurately, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. You will also assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and helping to maintain office organization. Required Qualifications and Experience

- A Diploma or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Level 10+4 in ICT, Secretarial Sciences, Office Management, or a related field, OR a Bachelor’s degree in management or a similar discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant work experience for Diploma holders or one year of relevant work experience for BA degree holders.
