Branch Manager I
Ahadu Bank is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager I to lead its operations in Addis Ababa. This pivotal role involves planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of the branch office while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies, regulatory directives, and national laws. As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, coordinating customer service initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
The Branch Manager will be tasked with preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports, as well as fostering relationships with the business community to promote the bank’s services.
