Position 1: WASH Officer – Ab’ala, Afar Region
The WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) Officer is a vital role in supporting community health and safety by managing hygiene promotion activities and facilitating clean water access. With a focus on public health, the WASH Officer will engage with community members, leaders, and volunteers to promote effective hygiene practices and manage WASH-related projects in the field. Applicants should hold a BSc degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Hydraulic and/or Water Resources Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in WASH projects. Previous experience working with community volunteers and local health extension workers is highly valuable, as is the ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural setting. Proficiency in the Afarigna language is required for this position.

Position 2: Community Accountability Reporting Mechanism Officer (Hotline Operator) – Addis Ababa
