Responsibilities:

- Provide up-to-date information about Ethiopost’s services and products to ensure customers are well-informed.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations and coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain sales records, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to help improve sales performance.
- Handle administrative tasks and inquiries related to the sales process as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a talent for building relationships and providing detailed service information.
Senior Brand Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a brand strategy aligned with Ethiopost’s objectives, defining the brand’s key messaging and target audience.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, including digital platforms, packaging, and social media.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to inform branding decisions and identify growth opportunities.
