Customer Service Officer-I

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in banking operations, particularly as a Customer Service Officer.

Your responsibilities include providing accurate information about the bank’s products and services, addressing customer inquiries, processing withdrawals and cash disbursements, and ensuring smooth transaction processing. Verifying customer signatures, issuing bank statements, checkbooks, debit cards, and conducting foreign currency exchange transactions are part of your duties.
