Position Overview: Sales Representative (SR) – Regional
Purpose of the Job
The Sales Representative (SR) for Awash Wine is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. As a frontline representative of the company, the SR will focus on collecting orders, distributing POS (point-of-sale) materials, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with both the product and service provided. The SR will act as the key link between Awash Wine and its customer base, responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and educating consumers about the company’s offerings. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to:
- Serve as the primary contact between Awash Wine and its customers, helping to create a positive and engaging brand experience.

- Provide consistent service to existing customers through a well-planned call schedule, ensuring they are supported with timely responses and quality assistance.

- Prepare and submit reports accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a comprehensive record of sales activities, challenges, and achievements.
- Monitor the FIFO (first in, first out) stock rotation method at the outlet level to maintain product freshness.
Educational Requirements and Skills
Candidates must have a BA in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Fluency in the local language is mandatory, as it is essential to communicate effectively with customers and ensure smooth operations within the assigned area.
