IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Integration Officer
- Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Information Technology or related fields with a minimum of Four (4) years’ experience in IT and banking areas. Professional certificates in IT are considered an added advantage.
- Responsibilities: Supporting IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and integration-related activities to achieve the Bank’s strategic objectives. Integrating new technology and analyzing its effect on the current infrastructure. Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current IT architecture.

- Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in IT, software development, quality inspection, auditing and testing, project management, and banking areas. Professional certificates in ITIL Foundation are considered an added advantage, as are professional certificates in quality assurance areas.
- Responsibilities: Ensuring that quality issues are assessed and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Supporting IT change management initiatives and strategies across the Bank. Validating if comprehensive and well-structured test cases are provided.

Principal – Transformation Projects Management Officer
- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related discipline with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant Banking experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory position.
- Responsibilities: Organizing, coordinating, supporting, and controlling activities related to transformational projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. Planning, overseeing, and coordinating different initiatives or projects of the Bank from ideation through to completion. Ensuring that all Bank’s projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are met, desired results are achieved, and the most efficient resources are used.

A Masters in an IT-related field is an added advantage. Professional certificates in ITIL Foundation and quality assurance areas are also considered an advantage.
- Responsibilities: Coordinating IT quality assurance and change management activities. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Supporting the IT change management initiatives and strategies across the Bank. Collaborating with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure that IT-related changes are effectively implemented and adopted.
