Sous Chef
NHY Importer is seeking two experienced Sous Chefs to join its team. Applicants must possess a diploma in food preparation and have at least 10 years of relevant work experience. The Sous Chef will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of food preparation, as well as overseeing the kitchen operations.
Chef de Partie (Cold)
The company is hiring four Chef de Partie professionals specializing in cold kitchen preparation. To qualify, candidates must hold a diploma in food preparation and have a minimum of six years of relevant experience. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes and managing the cold section of the kitchen.
Chef de Partie (Hot)
NHY Importer also has four openings for Chef de Partie professionals with expertise in hot kitchen operations. Applicants must have a diploma in food preparation and at least six years of relevant experience. The position requires excellent culinary skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commis Chef
Twelve positions are available for Commis Chefs, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals with a diploma or certificate in food preparation and at least two years of relevant experience. This entry-level role involves supporting kitchen staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Pastry Sous Chef
NHY Importer is seeking one Pastry Sous Chef with a diploma in pastry and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. This role focuses on supervising pastry operations and delivering exceptional baked goods and desserts.
Chef de Partie (Pastry)
Three positions are available for Chef de Partie professionals specializing in pastry. Candidates must have a diploma in pastry and at least eight years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing the pastry section and creating high-quality desserts.
Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry)
One opening exists for a Demi Chef de Partie in the pastry department. Applicants must have a diploma or certificate in pastry preparation and a minimum of six years of relevant experience. This role requires a strong understanding of pastry techniques and creativity in product development.
Demi Chef de Partie (Kitchen)
