Customer Service Officer I – Shaping Client Relationships
Ahadu Bank is currently seeking Customer Service Officers I to join its team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. This is a hands on position with responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a banking environment is required.
Competencies Required:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamental mechanisms of general financial products and services, coupled with a strong knowledge of the bank’s accounting procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all banking activities within the branch, ensuring compliance with operating procedures, rules, codes of practice, and regulatory directives. You will also play a key role in coordinating sales and business development efforts to drive branch growth and profitability.
Required Qualification:
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of study.
Required Experience:
A minimum of seven years of professional experience in a banking environment is required, with at least one year in a Customer Services Manager role or equivalent. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team are essential for success in this position.
