Position 1: Auditor

This role is crucial for ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of Aggar MFI’s operations. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial records, and assessing the effectiveness of internal controls. Your duties also include identifying potential risks and recommending improvements to internal processes. A strong understanding of auditing principles, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role.

Qualification: BA/College Diploma in Accounting or related field

Experience: 2/6 years of relevant experience in Bank or Financial Institutions

Position 2: Head Procurement & Property

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional to oversee and manage Aggar MFI’s procurement and property functions. As Head Procurement & Property, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your duties also include managing the organization’s property assets, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and overseeing logistical arrangements. Excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualification: BA in Management/ Purchasing and Supplies Management or related

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in senior positions in Bank or Financial Institutions

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 3: Manager, Treasury & Investment

This key leadership role demands a strategic thinker to manage Aggar MFI’s treasury and investment activities. As Manager, Treasury & Investment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies, managing cash flow, and ensuring the organization’s financial stability. Your duties also include analyzing market trends, managing investment risks, and preparing financial reports. A strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage investments are essential for success in this role.

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting or related field/Banking and Finance or related field

Experience: 6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions in Bank or Financial Institutions

Position 4: Manager, Human Resources Management

This leadership position requires a seasoned HR professional to oversee and manage all aspects of Aggar MFI’s human resources functions. As Manager, Human Resources Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your duties also include recruiting and retaining talent, managing performance evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to creating a positive work environment are essential for success in this role.

Experience: 6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions in Bank or Financial Institutions
