Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade – 1

This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating customer service activities within a branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.

Required Education and Experience for Customer Service Supervisor

Candidates must possess a BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related business field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations. The place of work is Hirna Branch.

Position 2: Junior Hardware Technician

This position is responsible for providing technical support for computer hardware, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

Required Education and Experience for Junior Hardware Technician

Applicants must hold a BSc Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hardware maintenance. The place of work is Head Office.

Position 3: Senior Network Administrator

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks, ensuring reliable and secure network operations.

Required Education and Experience for Senior Network Administrator

Candidates must possess a BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in computer network design (both LAN and WAN) and implementation. Position 6: Branch Manager – Grade – 1

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all operations within a branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers and achievement of branch performance goals.

Required Education and Experience for Branch Manager

Applicants must possess a BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field, with 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2 years must be in a supervisory position.
