Candidates must be graduates of 2023 or 2024 and have successfully passed the national exit examination. A minimum CGPA of 2.5 is required for female applicants, while male applicants must have a CGPA of 2.75 or above. Additionally, candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old.

Customer Service Officer-III (Branches)

Branch Manager – Grade 1 (Addis Ababa Districts & Assosa Branch)
The Branch Manager – Grade 1 position is a leadership role requiring experienced banking professionals with strong managerial skills. The selected candidate will oversee branch operations, ensure high service standards, and drive business growth within the assigned branch. This role involves managing a team, achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
To qualify for this role, applicants must possess a BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other business-related field. A minimum of six years of banking experience is required, with at least two years in a supervisory position.
This position is available in branches under Addis Ababa Districts and the Assosa Branch. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the bank’s strategic growth while developing their leadership and operational management skills.
