Position 1: Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements: BA degree Economics, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field with 1 years of relevant Banking experience. Having knowledge of IFB principles, products, services and Sharia compliance requirement is mandatory.

– Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and
– Technical Competencies[Sales Skills, Customer Service and use of technology, knowledge of sharia compliance requirements]

Having understanding of local IFB regulations, guidelines, principles and Sharia compliance requirements as well as experience at IFB Branch is mandatory.
