Position: Finance Manager
EngenderHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join its Ethiopia Country Office in Addis Ababa. Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, the Finance Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and implementing EngenderHealth’s financial policies, strategies, and plans. As a key member of the management team, the Finance Manager will guide the finance team, ensuring they are well-equipped to support EngenderHealth’s mission. The Finance Manager’s responsibilities include managing all finance functions, ensuring compliance with both donor regulations and Ethiopian financial laws. By consolidating monthly accounting cycles and preparing financial statements, the Finance Manager ensures EngenderHealth’s financial operations run smoothly and transparently. Additionally, the Finance Manager provides valuable financial advice and support to managers and functional units, ensuring that financial strategies are both sustainable and aligned with the organization’s broader objectives. System Development and Financial Management
