Position 1: Attorney
Qualification Requirements and Work Experience:


Education: LLB or LLM Degree in Law from a recognized university.

Experience:3 (Three) years of relevant experience in the position of Legal Attorney or Attorney and other related positions.

Required Competencies

Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Deep understanding of Ethiopian legal and regulatory frameworks affecting banking and finance.
Practical knowledge of litigation procedures and court systems.
Ability to interpret laws and regulations and provide practical legal solutions.
High ethical standards and strong sense of confidentiality.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the legal aspects of credit contracts, guarantees, and collateral enforcement.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external legal representatives.
Proficiency in legal documentation and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong risk assessment and decision-making capabilities.

Position 2: Branch Manager II
Qualification Requirements and Work Experience:


Education: BA or MA/MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, and other related field of study.

Experience:7 (seven) years of relevant banking experience out of which a minimum of one year in supervisor posts like Branch Manager or Manager-Operation Management or Customer Service Manager or Manager-Customer Relationship Management or Manager-Service Marketing and Digital Banking or Business Manager other related managerial and supervisory positions at the branch.

Location: Leqa Branch under Nekemte District
