To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a Master’s (MA) or Bachelor’s (BA) degree in fields such as Insurance Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. Candidates with two years of relevant work experience (for MA holders) or four years (for BA holders) will have an added advantage. The position also demands strong communication, analytical, editorial, and team-building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
