Manager, Business Development & Marketing Division
Lucy Insurance is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager for its Business Development & Marketing Division. This position plays a vital role in shaping the company’s strategic growth and ensuring its insurance services reach a broader audience.
To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a BA degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management from a recognized institution. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or business planning is required, of which at least 4 years must have been in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will also possess strong computer skills and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire a team.
As Manager of Business Development & Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that align with Lucy Insurance’s mission and vision. You will oversee the development of innovative marketing campaigns, forge strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities to enhance the company’s presence in the insurance market. This role demands a proactive leader who is skilled in decision-making, data analysis, and communication.
Work Location
The successful candidate will work at Lucy Insurance’s headquarters in Addis Ababa. The office is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of the Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office, in front of Capital Hotel (Hayahulet, adjacent to Waryt Building).
