Graduate Trainee (HR Intern)
The Graduate Trainee (HR Intern) role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their expertise in human resources. As part of the HR team, you will be involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will assist with onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
