Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1
The Customer Service Supervisor role at Abay Bank is based at the Hirna Branch, and the bank is looking for a candidate with a BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. This position is crucial in ensuring that the bank’s brand image is effectively communicated to the public, maintaining its reputation, and strengthening its market presence.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. The Branch Manager will also be tasked with achieving financial goals, managing risks, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the banking sector.
