Junior Attorney
The Junior Attorney role at Enat Bank is ideal for recent law graduates who are passionate about legal work in the financial sector. As a Junior Attorney, you will provide legal advice to various departments and branches, ensuring compliance with court orders and legal instruments. You will draft legal documents such as claims, defenses, and appeals, as well as serve court summons and foreclosure notices.
In this position, you will represent the Bank in litigations, hearings, and investigations, actively engaging in court proceedings and handling cases both for and against the Bank. Additionally, you will prepare case briefs, examine court judgments, and facilitate the valuation and auction of foreclosed properties. The role demands strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as you will also be responsible for maintaining legal documents and submitting periodic case progress reports.
Qualifications: Applicants must hold an LLB in Law, with graduation years in 2023 or 2024. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be aged 25 or younger and have completed the mandatory Exit Exam.

Human Capital Management Officer (Re-Advertised)
The Human Capital Management Officer position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in human resources management. In this role, you will handle recruitment, employee benefit activities, and personnel record management for the Bank. You will also be responsible for preparing vacancy advertisements, consolidating leave records, and ensuring the timely delivery of performance evaluations for employees under probation.
Additionally, the role involves updating and maintaining the Human Resource Database and providing support to various HR functions. A successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of HR practices and a commitment to fostering employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
Qualifications: Applicants must hold a BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 3.5 years of HR experience, preferably in the banking industry. At least one year of experience in a relevant officer position is required.

Administrative Assistant (Re-Advertised)
The Administrative Assistant role is a dynamic position requiring strong organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will perform secretarial and administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and organizing office activities. You will also assist with customer requests and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting your supervisor in various tasks. This role is a great fit for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a Diploma, 10+3, or Level 3 qualification in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields, along with at least two years of relevant experience in the banking industry. A Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory.
