Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications are required for success in this role.

Candidates should have a Master’s (MSC or MA) or Bachelor’s (BSC or BA) degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields. A minimum of seven years of professional experience in a bank, with at least two years in a senior customer service or equivalent position, is required.
