The Role: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, your primary goal will be to increase sales volume within your assigned territory. This involves implementing strategies that ensure the company remains competitive while also achieving its growth objectives. In this capacity, you will actively monitor competitors’ activities, propose innovative promotional campaigns, and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers and consumers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include visiting a minimum of 25 preselected outlets per day, ensuring timely early-morning product deliveries, and updating records of all assigned outlets. Regular visits to every outlet in your route will help you foster consistent relationships and maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing brand visibility by negotiating with outlet owners for prime placement of promotional materials such as banners and posters.
Beyond sales, you will also engage in consumer-focused activities, such as distributing promotional materials, gathering feedback, and observing consumer behavior to identify trends. These insights will help refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for the Sales Executive position will possess a BA degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. Candidates must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively. A valid driving license (at least 2nd grade) is required, along with prior driving experience.
