Program Assistant

The Program Assistant will play a vital role in supporting project implementation and administration. Applicants must hold a BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Communication, or International Relations and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in rural areas. Strong English communication skills and advanced computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, ensuring accountability and accuracy in financial reporting. Candidates should have a BSc or MSc in Accounting and Finance and at least five years of experience in accounting roles, especially in rural project settings. Proficiency in English and advanced computer skills are essential.

Construction Supervisor

As a Construction Supervisor, you will manage infrastructure projects to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Applicants must have a BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of five years of experience in construction supervision, particularly in rural areas. This position requires fluency in English and strong computer literacy. There are three positions available.

Crop Production & Extension Head

This role focuses on agricultural development and extension services. Candidates need a BSc or MSc in General Agriculture or Plant Science and at least five years of experience in the field, particularly in rural contexts. Natural Resource Development & Conservation Section Head

This position involves leading efforts in natural resource conservation and sustainable development. Applicants should hold a BSc or MSc in Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Engineering, or Soil & Water Conservation with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, especially in rural areas. Fluency in English and excellent computer skills are necessary. There are three positions available.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be responsible for tracking project progress and outcomes. Candidates must have a BSc or MSc in Project Management, Agricultural Economics, or Economics, along with at least five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in rural development. Proficiency in English and advanced computer literacy are essential. There are three positions available.

Health Department Head

The Health Department Head will oversee public health initiatives and community nursing projects. Applicants need a BSc or MSc in Community Nursing or Public Health and at least five years of relevant experience, particularly in rural health projects. SLM Department Head

Project Manager

Project Managers will take charge of planning, implementing, and overseeing rural development initiatives. Candidates must hold a BSc or MSc in General Agriculture, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, or Agricultural Engineering and have at least five years of experience in similar roles.
