The role of Branch Cashier is available for professionals with a BA degree or College Diploma in Accounting, Management, or a related field. Candidates are required to have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial operations. This position is crucial for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The work location for this role will be in the Kolfe and Furi Branches.
Executive Secretary
Aggar Micro Finance is looking for an Executive Secretary to support its administrative operations. Applicants must hold a BA degree or College Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or a related field, with 4 to 6 years of experience in a secretarial position. This role involves managing executive schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The position is based in Addis Ababa.
Hardware & Software Maintenance Technician
The organization is seeking a skilled Hardware & Software Maintenance Technician with a BA degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and software maintenance or technical support is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial services or microfinance. This role involves maintaining IT infrastructure and providing technical support, ensuring seamless operations within the institution. The work location is Addis Ababa.
Branch Manager I
Aggar MFI is recruiting Branch Managers for its Addis Ababa branches. Applicants must possess an MA or BA degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. The position requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as a senior Credit and Loan Officer. This leadership role involves overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. There are two vacancies for this position.
Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance Service
The Senior Manager for Risk & Compliance Service position is designed for professionals with an MA or BA degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field. Applicants must have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in senior positions within microfinance institutions or banks. The role is critical for ensuring that Aggar adheres to regulatory requirements, identifies risks, and develops strategies to mitigate them. The position is based in Addis Ababa.
