Sales Executive

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a TVET Level 3/4/Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Candidates with two years of experience or even fresh graduates with zero experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by overseeing market activities within your assigned territory. This includes regular visits to retail outlets, fostering relationships with clients and consumers, ensuring effective execution of promotional campaigns, and monitoring competitor activities.

Your duties will involve maintaining accurate records of all retail outlets, including those serving competitor brands, and visiting a set number of outlets daily as per an approved schedule. You will also ensure that the company’s products are well-stocked, properly priced, and displayed according to BGI standards. By cultivating smooth customer relationships and professionally engaging with consumers, you will help enhance product visibility and quality while gathering market insights to guide sales strategies.

In this role, you will also contribute to identifying untapped market potentials, evaluating promotional campaign outcomes, and supporting the company’s influence in key markets. As an ambassador of BGI, you’ll ensure high standards of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction.
